Affiliate Terms And Condition
These terms and conditions ('Agreement') govern the affiliate marketing relationship between Mero Padhai and the affiliate ('Affiliate'). By joining our affiliate program, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Becoming an Affiliate
To become an affiliate, the applicant must complete and submit the affiliate application form. Mero Padhai reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion. By submitting an application, the applicant acknowledges that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Commission and Payment
The Affiliate shall receive a commission of desginated percent of the sale price for each successful referral. Commissions will be paid as per request by affiliate, subject to a minimum payout threshold of NRs. 500. Affiliate will also be able to buy courses from Mero Padhai with their available balance. For withdrawal request, payments will be made via bank transfer or any other payment method deemed appropriate by Mero Padhai. The Affiliate shall be responsible for any taxes or fees payable on the commission earned.
Marketing and Promotion
The Affiliate shall promote Mero Padhai using the unique affiliate link provided by Mero Padhai. The Affiliate shall not use any other marketing materials or strategies without the prior written consent of Mero Padhai. The Affiliate shall ensure that all promotions are accurate, ethical, and do not misrepresent Mero Padhai or its products and services.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Affiliate shall immediately cease all marketing and promotion activities related to Mero Padhai and shall remove all affiliate links and marketing materials from their website or platform.
Confidentiality
The Affiliate acknowledges that all information related to Mero Padhai's business, products, and services is confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of Mero Padhai.
Limitation of Liability
Mero Padhai shall not be liable to the Affiliate for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. Mero Padhai's maximum liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the commission earned by the Affiliate in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
Modification
Mero Padhai reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, without notice. The Affiliate's continued participation in the affiliate program after any such modifications shall constitute their acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, or representations, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
